2. Project Scope

All projects will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. The agreed scope may include the type of edit, video length, style, and delivery timeline. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of a project. Payment may be required upfront, partially upfront, or upon completion depending on the nature of the project.

For monthly packages, payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

RollFrame Media reserves the right to pause or delay work if payment has not been received.

4. Revisions

Clients may request revisions to ensure the final product meets expectations. Reasonable revisions are included in most projects. Excessive revisions or major changes beyond the original request may result in additional charges.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times will be communicated before a project begins. While RollFrame Media strives to meet all deadlines, turnaround times may vary depending on project complexity and workload.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary footage, assets, logos, and instructions required for the project. RollFrame Media is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late materials.
